Rental Return & Cancellation Policy
At Affordable Medical Supplies, we strive to provide high-quality medical equipment rentals with flexible and transparent policies. Please review our return and cancellation terms below:
1. Non-Refundable Rental Payments
All rental payments are final and non-refundable once the equipment has been delivered or picked up.
No refunds or credits will be issued for early returns.
2. Order Cancellations
24-Hour Notice: Customers may cancel a rental order at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery for a full refund.
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of delivery will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee to cover administrative and logistical costs.
If a cancellation request is received after the equipment has been delivered, the rental fee will remain non-refundable.
3. Equipment Exchanges
In cases where the wrong equipment was ordered, customers may request an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional delivery charges.
4. Equipment Malfunction & Replacement
If a rented item experiences a mechanical failure due to normal use, we will replace the equipment at no additional cost.
Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modifications may result in additional fees.
5. Final Inspection & Return Condition
Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement fees.
